Reactive & Planned Maintenance

Reactive Response Maintenance (RRM)

DSS offer a results driven RRM service which is designed to assit our clients with an unexpected breakdown 7 days per week and 24 hours per day. This service is available for DSS and Non DSS products and includes but is not limited to the following benefits:

  • Response targets tailored to each clients requirements
  • Up to a 95% first time fix rate
  • Monitored key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Asset Management

Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)

DSS offer a PPM service which is carried out ona 6 monthly basis by an ADSA Authorised Technician.  Like our reactive service, PPM can be carried out on DSS and Non DSS products.

Not only does a DSS PPM visit ensure that your doors meet the current British Standard regulations (BS7036:1996), PPM also provides but is not limited to the following benefits:

  • Continued safety
  • Continued efficiency
  • Continued performance
  • Reduced risk of breakdown
